I had a great time spending a night here! the hotel is conveniently located near some really good restaurants. 😍.

The location of this hotel is great, as it's close to some fantastic restaurants. Our room was comfortable, featuring climate control and both an individual safe and a private safe. 😊.

The room we stayed in had a mini-bar, satellite TV, and climate control, which made our stay comfortable. the private bathroom came with a tub and was cleaned daily. Plus, the location was great, as there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby! 😃.

This hotel is a great choice for longer stays. the suite is roomy and comes with a private safe, individual safe, and a flat-screen TV. the restaurant here is pretty good too. 😊.

our third time staying in cancun was magical thanks to a truly impeccable experience at the resort. from the outstanding service to the delicious food and breathtaking views, every moment was perfection. we are already planning our next stay with garza blanca—can't imagine vacationing anywhere else.

butler service was absent.

The variety and quality of food options were definitely a highlight. the spa was also exceptional and provided a top-tier experience. the central area water was very impressive and a great way to relax.

The staff's attitude was very disappointing.

The hotel staff provided excellent service from check-in to mealtime. The breakfast buffet was massive with plenty of food options. The rooftop bar had beautiful views to watch the sunset with comfortable seating. Late afternoons were best spent lounging in the hammock on the balcony.

Communication about restaurants and spa services was poor.

The staff at Garza Blanca Resort & Spa went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our stay. Despite a hiccup with our reservations, they quickly addressed the issue and provided us with an even better room. The service throughout the resort was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff at every turn. The food and beverage options were outstanding, particularly the breakfast buffet which offered a wide variety of delicious choices. We also enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the adult pool area. I highly recommend Garza Blanca Resort & Spa for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. the luxurious amenities were beyond expectations. the outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sun terrace were spectacular. the spa center provided us with a relaxing massage. the entertainment was top, notch, from live performances to karaoke nights. We loved the unforgettable beachfront access providing us with a stunning view of the scenery. the restaurant had an exceptional menu, and the room service and poolside snack bar were a perfect choice for hunger pangs.

Only one issue was minor , we experienced a slight delay in service while dining at the outdoor dining area. the staff was very attentive and friendly and quickly resolved the issue.

The food options were diverse and tasty, and the spa was amazing. the location by the water was lovely, and it was great to be able to relax and unwind during the holidays.

There was loud construction that we were not informed of, which made it difficult to fully relax. the staff were unhelpful and did not seem knowledgeable about their own facility.
